Edwin Klaver founded Klaver Partners in May 2005. Formerly Managing Director of Petercam in the Netherlands and Director at Merrill Lynch in London and Zurich, Edwin Klaver has worked in the financial services industry since 1989. He is responsible for the fund selection and placement process.

Astrid Boers has worked in the financial services industry since 1991, initially at Fortis MeesPierson Private Wealth Management and subsequently as Head Commercial Department and Member of the Management Team at Dresdner VPV.

Caroline Bouman is Operations Manager responsible for the operations of Klaver Partners, providing marketing and client support services. Caroline Bouman previously worked with Andersen Consulting in London.
